Andron Kagramanyan

Andron Kagramanyan is a highly skilled soccer trainer based in Vaughan, Ontario, with a rich background in both national and international soccer. He developed his talents at Spartacus Soccer Club and Vaughan Soccer Club before joining the Toronto FC Academy, where he spent several formative years. Andron has represented Canada in the Youth National Team program and furthered his career in the U.S., playing NCAA Division I soccer at Fordham University and the University of Portland, where he earned a Master's in Higher Education. He later pursued a professional soccer career overseas, continuing to build his expertise at the highest levels.

Dony Dosmatov

Soccer has been a major part of Dony Dosmatov's life for as long as he can remember. He started playing at five years old with Rubin Kazan, spent six years developing with Toronto FC's academy, and later trained for two years at CSKA Moscow, where he was mentored by elite coaches and played alongside some of the brightest prospects. Those experiences taught him what it means to be a professional, how athletes develop, and how to guide them toward their goals. Over the past three years, Dony has coached players at all levels — work that inspired him to create DOTNX LAB, a platform combining coaching, performance science and creative content to support complete athlete development, building not just physical skills but the mindset needed to excel.
